Installing DirectX Runtime

DirectX Runtime is required for our software to function properly. Install before using the loader.
What is DirectX?
DirectX is Microsoft's collection of APIs for handling graphics, audio, and input. Many games and applications require specific DirectX components to run.
Quick Install (Recommended)
1. Download
Download: DirectX Web Installer
2. Install
- Run
dxwebsetup.exe - Accept license agreement
- Uncheck "Install the Bing Bar" (optional bloatware)
- Click Next
3. Restart
Restart your computer after installation.
The web installer automatically downloads only the components your system needs.
Offline Install (No Internet)
1. Download
Download: DirectX Offline Package
2. Extract
Run DirectX_Jun2010_redist.exe to extract files
3. Install
Navigate to extraction folder, run DXSETUP.exe
4. Restart
Restart your computer.
Common Errors
- Missing DLL Errors (d3dx9_43.dll, d3dcompiler_43.dll)
- Install DirectX Runtime
- Restart PC
- If persists, use offline installer
- Installation Fails
- Run CMD as admin:
sfc /scannow - Update Windows completely
- Restart and try again
- Run CMD as admin:
Verify Installation
- Press
Windows + R - Type
dxdiagand press Enter - Check DirectX Version in System tab
Always download from Microsoft official sources to avoid malware.

- 100MB free space (web installer)
- 1GB free space (offline installer)
