If you purchased a product and want to find your product key, follow these steps:
Steps to Find Your Key
- Log in to the account you used to make the purchase.
- Click your profile icon at the top right corner.
- Go to Dashboard.
- Click Orders.
- Find the product you purchased and click View.
- Your product key will appear along with any guides.
What to Do if Your Product Does Not Appear in Orders
- Check Your Balance: Make sure your payment went through and your site balance is updated.
- Try Purchasing Again: If your balance is fine but the product still doesn't appear, try buying it again.
- Check Invoices: Go to Invoices and confirm that the payment for the product was successful.
- Contact Support:If the product still does not appear, contact Support with:
- Your account email/username
- Balance screenshot
- Invoice screenshot
- Product details
Following these steps ensures you can access your product key quickly and resolve any missing order issues.
